Romantic sap time
Good day. I trust that everyone in range of the mirror is well.
[Cao Pi is all too happy to show his face with a fine blue sky in the background, not betraying his location - but anyone still in the camp can probably see him standing up on one of the upper levels outside the Wei command tent. Durr.
He also rather clearly doesn't introduce himself, so anyone who didn't catch him speechifying in the camp a few weeks ago, sucks to be you]
Time continues to march on, and yet we have not managed to stumble into much more information than we had before. To the newcomers, we cannot say why you were chosen to be drawn into this dimension any more than we could ourselves. Yet, if history repeats itself, you may find others from your timelines appearing. Small comfort, perhaps, but it is still comfort.

...small comforts are not to be taken lightly when it's all you have. Just a few days ago I would have gladly celebrated Qixi with my beautiful wife, but she is among the many currently missing or trapped somewhere we cannot reach. If you would take a poet's advice, take some time to tell the one you love that you think of them fondly. You never know when they might no longer be around to do so.
Yet, there are more chances to come. [shaking off that melancholy] Soon it will be the equinox, and the Moon Festival. It is quite important to my people, and given our more recent debt to the Lady Kaguya, it seems even more important to celebrate it this year. I may even host the festivities at Xuchang, if our visitors are inclined to travel.
